Refund Policy

Omgger offer a 30-day return policy, and you can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

Return Eligibility
Items to be returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags intact and fully packaged, and you must provide proof of purchase, such as the original paper or gift receipt, electronic receipt, original packing slip with a clear order number, or order number.

Return Process
To return an item, please email service@omgger.com and include your order number.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the detailed address for the item to be returned.

You can choose a carrier to return the item, and the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund Instructions
We receive and inspect the item, and if the item is eligible for return, we will notify you that the refund has been approved and refund will be made to the original payment method.

Generally, you will receive your refund within 10 business days of approval. However, please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at service@omgger.com. Omgger will not accept items sent back without prior approval.
